Description
This is the 2021 edition of the Active Self Protection Field Trauma Kit Pouch made by Wilderness Tactical and designed by John Correia.
With the training environment, shooting range, and field carry in mind, he wanted a pouch that was easy to access, readily identifiable as medical, small enough for easy belt carry, but large enough to hold the normal contents of a full IFAK (Individual First-Aid Kit)

The ASP-FTK Pouch features the signature Wilderness wraparound belt loop. This allows the pouch to be put on or removed without removing your belt and offers a wide enough channel to fit duty belts, war belt sleeves, and many padded backpack hip belts.
Construction: Light but tough 500d Cordura nylon with high-grade nylon webbing.

This Pouch is by far the best one on the market. As a firearms instructor I have have had a few different pouches but none I actually like having on my belt while teaching. I have been using this now for roughly a month and do not even realize it is on my belt while teaching and the outside bungee for a tourniquet is amazing.

Long time ASP fan and was directed here by Johns channel to get a Medkit that would be good for range use. I did not realize this was only the red pouch without any contents. It does NOT come with a med patch for identification, or at least mine did not.

The product description does say “this is the empty pouch.” I have updated the description to also include a clarification that it doesn’t come with the patch. That is our fault and if you will contact our customer service we will ship you the patch at no cost.
